2025 marked an important leadership transition for ORR Protection. After more than 32 years of dedicated service and leadership, Ray Aldridge announced his retirement as CEO, closing a remarkable chapter in ORR’s history. In June, we officially welcomed Woodie Andrawos as CEO, ushering in the next chapter of growth, clarity, innovation, and associate-focused leadership. Under Woodie’s guidance, ORR remains deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, strengthening operational excellence, and investing in our people as we move confidently into the future.

Compass Fire Acquisition
We completed the acquisition of Compass Fire Protection, expanding our footprint in the Pacific Northwest and adding union sprinkler capabilities in the Puget Sound area. Compass brings industry-respected expertise, strong customer relationships, and deep alignment with ORR’s focus on safeguarding high-risk, code-driven environments.

Our first proprietary digital platform serves as a centralized command center connecting design, sales, operations, and service for modular and containerized applications.

Delivers pre-engineered, code-compliant hardware bundles that pair with SelectORR to provide turnkey, ready-to-deploy fire protection solutions for data centers, energy storage, and modular infrastructure.
