To ensure the effectiveness of your Clean Agent fire suppression system, the ‘integrity’ of the room to hold the gas is a critical factor. Room Integrity Testing is vital to ensure your protected area is properly sealed so your suppression agent won’t escape allowing the fire to possibly re-ignite.

ORR offers fire alarm monitoring services to provide peace of mind to business owners who want a national team of monitors looking after life and property housed within the protected facility.  In addition to fire alarms, ORR provides monitoring of supervisory signals for sprinkler malfunction and trouble signals indicating electrical malfunction. Alarm signals immediately prompt a dispatch call to the local fire department while personnel from the protected property and the alarm dealer are notified of supervisory and trouble signals. Records are maintained of all signals received and the state-of-the-art systems are tested regularly, inspected and maintained by ORR.

ORR provides site & system specific training for new installations. In addition, ORR has the expertise to provide training for older equipment still in service. In the event that new personnel or refresher training is required, ORR technicians can provide that to you, at no charge, during routine inspections.

When you wish to remove your Halon 1301 system or other types of agents, ORR can safely and properly disconnect and remove your suppression system. In addition, some agents can be recycled for LEED’s point credits.
