On October 1, 2006, BORRELL Fire System was purchased by ORR Protections Systems located in Louisville, Kentucky. This acquisition will provide ORR with an expanded presence in the Florida marketplace. Today, BORRELL has offices located in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and Ft. Lauderdale along with field service support in Ft. Myers, Tallahassee and Ft. Walton Beach. The joining of these two companies will capitalize on the strengths of each organization. ORR Protection Systems provides mission critical and high value asset fire protection for the eastern two thirds of the United States, from Kansas to North Carolina, Minnesota to Texas, and New Jersey to all our new BORRELL locations in Florida.
